Limited Hardware Warranty

Remedies

Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty shall be, at our option: (1) to repair the hardware, (2) to replace the hardware, or (3) to refund the price paid. Any remedy is conditional on the hardware being returned to the point of purchase or such other place as we may direct, with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may, at our option, use new or refurbished or used parts in good working condition to repair or replace any hardware product. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

To return hardware under this warranty, submit the request through our after-sales form or the Contact page, quoting your order number.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

• (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly;
• (2) improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions, or connection to an improper voltage supply;
• (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by us, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Proof of purchase — the sales receipt or a dated itemized receipt showing the order number and purchase date — is required for any warranty claim. On request you must prove the date of original purchase of the hardware by a dated bill of sale or dated itemized receipt. The receipt is available in your order history.

How to obtain warranty support

Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you visit the Support page for technical assistance.

Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point of purchase during the first thirty (30) days after purchase. On this site the point of purchase is Meetion itself, so submit the claim through the after-sales form within that period. Warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase, and any other product-related questions, are addressed directly by us through the Contact page.

Product registration is not required for warranty coverage, and registering a product does not extend or change the Warranty Period.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any costs of procurement of substitute products or services, lost profits, loss of information or data, or any other special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising in any way out of the sale of, use of, or inability to use any Meetion product or service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the Meetion product or service giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The above limitations do not apply in the case of personal injury where, and to the extent that, applicable law requires such liability.
