Finish has not chipped
The coating is even across the edges, including the parts that get handled most. No flaking at the corners after a year of daily contact.

Fits a thick desk top
The clamp opens wider than I needed, so it grips a 4 cm top without bottoming out. On a thinner top there is still enough thread to tighten properly.

Holds its angle after adjustment
Once the tension is set it stays put. No gradual droop over a week, which was the reason I replaced the last one.
Leo LDoğrulanmış alım
Feels heavier than the price implies
There is real mass in the base, which is what keeps it stable. Cheap versions of this are noticeably lighter and move when you touch them.

Installation took ten minutes
Two bolts, one bracket, one adjustment. The only tool needed was the hex key that came in the box, and the instructions were a single diagram.

Screws did not rust
The fasteners are still clean after a year in a room with a window that collects condensation. That is usually the first thing to go on cheaper hardware.
